Why should you choose me as your coach?

  

Online coaching is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals in the known universe. If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you, while getting top class support and accountability from your trainer, online coaching is for you.


Together, you’ll collaborate with myself as your coach on structured, incremental habit changes across fitness, nutrition, and mindset. 


This intentional approach will help you to master skills before levelling up, and will set the stage for long-term change.


While I may be an expert in health and fitness, YOU are the expert about your life.

And what happens when we both bring our own expertise to the table? 

Bam. Magic happens. ONLY If YOU commit to open, honest communication about your preferences and challenges…


I will outline clear, daily tasks to complete that strike the balance you need to feel supported, accountable, and confident in your own abilities.


This is not a bare bones program where you get only email support. You'll have a private weekly chat with myself where you'll receive unlimited one-on-one support throughout your fitness journey. 


What do I get and what's in it for me?


You'll get a customized workout program created specifically for you and your goals. I'll work with resources you already have available, including your own home, outdoors, or your local fitness facilities.


You'll also get nutrition coaching where you'll make changes one small - but powerful  habit at a time.


Add to this the ability to track your workout, nutrition, and body stat progress, as well as personal support and accountability and you'll be set up to kick some serious butt.

• Scheduling is a non-issue. You're not stuck with someone else's schedule or someone else's idea of what a training session should look like. I do what works for you.


• I can be much more flexible with your workout programs than in a typical gym session. I have clients who split their workouts into five 30-minute sessions per week, for example.​


• You work out when and where you want, but still get the benefit of a structured program and ongoing support from me


​• You don't need to go to a gym, if you don't want to! Many of my clients train in their own homes.


​• You get better accountability and support. I provide ongoing, unlimited, in-depth support as you work toward your goals.


​• Location is not a factor. You can work with your me from anywhere in the world!


 Here’s what you can expect from me:

  • A structured, tailor made roadmap that guides you through incremental habit change
  • Customised workouts based on your goals, preferences, and available equipment

  • Video and text messages within WhatsApp or SMS
  • One business day response time to all questions, and a minimum of 1 check in per week to assess how things are going
  • Backup and emergency plans for social or stressful situations
  • A completely judgment-free zone 
  • An enthusiastic Coach who actually cares about your long term success

  • An open mind that approaches the process of getting healthy as an experiment
  • Regular, honest communication, particularly when things are challenging
  • Patience, consistency, and trust in the process
  • A commitment that you’ll make your own health a priority, knowing we can adjust the dial for any situation


 

What happens in the Initial Consult?

Nutrition and Fitness Goal setting consult

  • Half hour -45 minutes 1:1 consult with myself, a certified Nutritional Coach and qualified Personal Trainer to cover off full health questioning- medical history, lifestyle, exercise, body composition and goals.
  • The consultation process helps you identify your areas of nutritional and fitness improvement and will help you set SMART goals.
  • By asking a series of lifestyle and health questions I will be able to identify your areas of improvement and road blocks, helping you to put measures in place to achieve your body composition and wellness goals.


What happens in the weekly Check in calls?

Nutrition & Fitness progress update consult

  • Half hour 1:1 consult with myself, updating current goals if necessary
  • Weekly meal plan/ macro changes to maximise your progress
  • Weekly updates to training if needed 
  • General updates on progress
  • Supplementation  / Lifestyle coaching


Initial Consultation can be done via zoom - 45 minutes $FREE

Premium Coaching Service -  $70 per week 

(Minimum 12 week commitment to ensure adequate progression)
