What happens in the Initial Nutrition Consult?
Nutrition & Goal setting consult
- Half hour -45 minutes 1:1 consult with myself, a certified Nutritional Coach and qualified Personal Trainer to cover off full health questioning- medical history, lifestyle, exercise, body composition and goals.
- The consultation process helps you identify your areas of nutritional and fitness improvement and will help you set SMART goals.
- By asking a series of lifestyle and health questions I will be able to identify your areas of improvement and road blocks, helping you to put measures in place to achieve your body composition and wellness goals.
What happens in the Weekly Check-in's?
Nutrition & Goal update consult
- Half hour 1:1 consult with myself, updating current goals if necessary
- Weekly meal plan/ macro changes (if needed) to maximise your progress.
- General updates on progress
